bamboo biochar & vinegar

On January 2023, we have established our own production line of biochar made from bamboo in Dabong, Kelantan. Bamboo biochar were made Our main objectives is to provide solution for food security. Biochar are mainly used in agriculture in order to increase fertility of the land and promoting the rapid growth of the plants. Bamboo biochar is the best type of biochar due to its high carbon content, high porosity, and high silica level. These advantages will lead to better quality of crops and plants while helping the farmers and business owner to managing the cost efficiently. Subsequently, the food production and quality will be increasing. 

Bamboo Biochar were made through a process called pyrolysis. This process involves heating the biomass in the absence of oxygen and converts bamboo into a highly porous and high carbon substances with remarkable properties. Apart from biochar, this process  also producing  bamboo vinegar as by-product. it is highly valueable for its rich silica content and absence of tars and terps. When diluted with water at right propotions, it can helps to improve plants health and yields.
